organic basmati brown rice
Brown basmati, being less processed than white rice, retaining it's wholegrain nutritional value as the outer bran is left intact. Basmati has the highest content of amino acids and essential nutrients of all rice. Grown in the foothills of the Himalayas. Basmati is delicate and long and pairs beautifully within a curry or in a biriyani. To cook, use double the amount of water to rice and place on the stove (in a pot with a lid on and on low heat) or in a rice cooker. Will cook in about 30-45 minutes. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.

Easy Red Lentil Dahl
This red lentil dahl is a delicious, protein-rich dish that feels like a hug in a bowl. Perfect for winter but you can make it all year round. It also keeps well in the fridge or freezer so you can meal prep a big batch for the week ahead! We served our dahl with our chickpea flatbreads (you can find the recipe here on our app!)

Egg Stir Fried Rice
Egg stir fried rice is a simple step dinner that you can throw together in less than 30 minutes. Just pick and choose your veggies and season with coconut aminos and sesame oil. Add in some kimchi for an extra spice hit!
