kri kri chilli peanuts
A crunchy snack of sesame coated peanuts, rolled in chilli powder. Made from natural ingredients with no artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives. A good source of protein.
Sweet, salty, spicy, crunchy — honestly one of the best combos yet.

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together and set aside.
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together and set aside.
Brown the butter over gentle heat until golden and nutty.
Mix browned butter with both sugars and vanilla until smooth and glossy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Fold in dry ingredients until just combined — don’t overmix.
Stir through white chocolate, roasted peanuts, and chopped Kri Kri peanuts, saving a few for the tops.
Roll into large tablespoon-sized balls and place onto a lined baking tray. Top with extra Kri Kri peanuts.
Bake for 9–11 minutes until golden around the edges.
Finish with flaky salt and let cool slightly before eating (if you can wait).
