Epsom salt baths are an easy way to enjoy the amazing health benefits of magnesium. Magnesium helps to regulate the activity of over 325 enzymes, reduces inflammation, helps muscle and nerve function and prevents artery hardening. Sulphates help improve the absorption of nutrients, flush toxins and help ease migraine headaches. It's a great idea to have an Epsom salt bath (using 1-2 cups of salts) after a big workout, to prevent muscle pain and soreness. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place. For external use only, we recommend patch testing before use.
