Grown in North East India in the Darjeeling province, it is a black tea with a special flavour described as fruity, nutty, or muscatel. To brew, use 1 tsp per serve and steep for 2-3 minutes in hot water (80C-85C). Can be enjoyed black or with a drop of milk. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
