Known for its strong blue pigment. Said to reduce stress, aid sleep, enhance memory and improve skin, hair due to high levels of bioflavonoids. Also helps to stimulates collagen production. To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (88C-98C) for 3-4 minutes.
